AUTOM was a result of a short break after recording of Tricky Slaughter Operation (first PP cd from 1996) during which five new songs were made insufficient to make an album. Most of the songs were made around base tracks with guitars only added during the recording. Christmas Greeting card was originally a 20 piece issue intented as a giveaway for friends but somehow ended being reviewed and reissued together with AUTOM on a csep. It was a two-day overdubbing and editing session based on few guitar riffs, children's toys and drumtrack samples.
It was both recorded on TASCAM 8-track tape recorder, mixed on PII, with loads of overdubbing. Most songs on AUTOM featured more than five guitar tracks and samples, one song featuring three layers of different drum tracks.

[mandelbrot set] is a four member noise-rock band (two guitars, bass and drums) formed in Zadar, Croatia in 2002, and it is interesting to mention that two of the members live in another Croatian city - Rijeka. The group experimented a lot with songs' structures, rhythms and noisy sounds but always kept their creation on the edge of rock 'n' roll domain. Band played relentlessly many shows during the years and also released their debut CD in 2004 for little indie label called Carpe Diem! Records (previous diy project of Igor from GSL). "Hotel Magnolia" consists of 6 songs that were recorded in summer of 2007. All songs are sung in English.

Edition of 500 pro CDs packaged in standard jewelcase with full color artwork. Man Zero is a power trio formed in 2001. Their tight rhythm section and loud guitars are combined with quiet, dreamy passages and have been mostly described as a loud ambient post-rock with a light touch of melancholy. total time: 56 mins / 51 sec / 54 frames
But don't think it's just another post-rock clone! Man Zero blends the sound of the early 90's Chicago bands (such as Slint or Tortoise), with the contemporary ones (Mogwai, Explosions in the sky), which makes Man Zero's sound rather unique. After years of gigging, they've finally recorded and mixed eight tracks with Hrvoje Nikšić (Kramasonik Studio) and gathered them all on their debut "Telemark". 01. changing places /6:20/ 02. forty acres and a mule /5:41/ 03. ennuyeux comme la pluie /4:59/ 04. the life you wanted /6:46/ 05. nods of approval /6:11/ 06. prošlost /9:34/ 07. echo of my cowboy boots /17:19/
Written and performed by Tomislav Biškup, Igor Domjan, Elvis Šimunic, Josip Kudumija, Hrvoje Nikšić and Igor Pavlica. Recorded live at Kramasonik Studios in Zagreb, May 2007. Mixed by Hrvoje Nikšić & Man Zero.
Mastered by Carl Saff at Saff Mastering, Chicago IL. Artwork by Niko Potočnjak.
